Page 5, Inc. is a company pushing the limits of "personal agency" (see Behind the Name). Personal agency is an emerging concept of asymmetrical productivity, wherein individuals and small organizations can leverage the latest technology to compete effectively against much larger companies.
In the case of running a business that develops machines with hands and arms, however, there is a complicating factor. Robots that display some level of anthropomorphism are hugely fascinating to the general populace.
The popularity of "humanoid" robots and, to be fair, their unpopularity among those with concerns for jobs or even personal and family security, manifests in a great deal of mail. For a company as lean as Page 5, Inc. it is impossible for us to respond individually to the myriad requests for information that we receive.
Some suggestions for wringing out information from us:
- Snail mail will generally have a better chance of being answered than email (the ratio is something like 1000 emails to each letter). Please include your email address as that is our primary mode of communication.
- Check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section for updated product information or to see if your question has been answered.
- Use concise and precise words in the subject section of your email.
